✨Did you know that approximately 1 in 8 women suffer from postnatal depression? In Brazil more than 25% of women experiences postnatal depression symptoms between the 6-18th months post birth.
✨My training courses have been translated from Portuguese to English - finally! So I can now share this special material with you guys.
✨Other that learning yogic wisdom through asanas, breath-work, meditation & Ayurvedic magic to help women find their way back to themselves.
✨I will also teach about Indigenous Gynaecology tools to heal the mothers womb, to help the mother prevent postnatal depression, herbal tonics to help promoting healthy milk production, flower remedies to support new mums emotionally, and more rituals that you can offer them in class as a ancient way to Mother the Mother.
This is a very unique programme that blends ancient Indian wisdom with the ancient South American indigenous wisdom.

Our programme explores lots of hot topics that help mums recover from birth, from feeling fit again to sleep depravation, dietary tips with Ayurveda - the ancient India medicine, learn about herbal & flower essence support, mental health tips to diastisis recti, and more.
Our programme help mums feel physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually nurtured again. After going through a transformation experience: pregnancy and childbirth. We share nourishment to the soul of the woman inside on the mum that she has become.
Our course is unique, spiritual, and based on my own postpartum journey.
